Bitney, Elizabeth "Beth" Kristine (Bloom) Beth passed away on June 12th, 2022. She fought a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Beth was a consummate businessperson. She worked for Carlson Companies for 24 years where she met her husband, Doug. Over the last 10 years she worked for and successfully helped grow marketing and loyalty agencies. Her life was filled with so many friends, colleagues, and fun times. Living on Lotus Lake and Lake Minnetonka was perfect for Beth's love of hospitality and making friends. She traveled all over the world and enjoyed experiencing and learning from different cultures. She was a proud Burnsville Brave and Minnesota Bull Dog. Her sense of style and grace were always on point. Beth's greatest accomplishments are her wonderful son, Jack and her 35 years of marriage and partnership with Doug. Beth is preceded in death by her father Jack, mother Karren, and father-in-law James. She is survived by her husband Doug, son Jack, dog McGarrett, brother Ray (LeAnn), mother-in-law June, sister-in-law Suzanne (Ed), sister-in-law Dianne (Dave), aunt Barbara (Fritz), and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
